WHAT IS HEALTH COACHING?

A health coach is a trained professional who helps people hit their health goals by combining education and mindset work so they can make the lifestyle changes they need.

As both a coach and doctor, you can be sure that you are in safe hands. I will be with you every step of the way to help you implement those changes for lasting habit change.

CAN YOU PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE?

Whilst I am a practising doctor, I keep my coaching sessions totally separate from my medical appointments.  During coaching sessions, I am unable to offer any medical advice but if an issue arises, I will advise you to seek the appropriate advice.  However, if you wish to see me for a private medical appointment, this can be arranged for a separate fee.

IS MY HEALTH INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL?

Absolutely! I follow the same principles of confidentiality as I do in my work as a doctor.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS RELATED TO THE COURSE?

Throughout the course, I may advise on certain supplements, books or products to purchase as you go. These are entirely optional but recommended to help you get the most from the programme. As much as possible, I try to keep my recommendations to products that are priced as reasonably as possible.

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE?

Absolutely! There is a discount for paying in full or you can pay over three instalments. The first instalment is due before we start the course and then two further monthly payments.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO THE PROGRAMME?

Once you register, you will get access to the Transform & Thrive portal. Here you will find bite-sized training videos and workbooks. The videos can be watched at a time to suit and can easily be fitted in between other commitments. The magic then happens during our weekly 1-1, 45 minute coaching call. Here we tackle all the obstacles relevant to that week's topic and help you make the changes you need to. This is also your time to ask any questions.

SHOULD I STOP WORKING WITH OTHER HEALTH PRACTITIONERS?

Not at all, I encourage you to continue working alongside those you are currently working with. These may be other doctors, nutritionists, personal trainers or therapists.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET RESULTS? IS THERE A GUARANTEE?

As the programme relies on you making lifestyle changes, I cannot guarantee results as they are dependent on your efforts. However, what I will say is that through coaching, we explore what may have held you back in the past so that you are best equipped for success. The changes we make are small and gradual, so easy to implement but all add up to result in big differences. You will start seeing results during the programme but continue to see these long after we finish.

WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?

I am a practising medical doctor and work as a private GP with a license to practice through the General Medical Council. I obtained my medical degree (MBBS) though King's College London (part of the University of London). I subsequently was awarded membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. I have undertaken further training and hold both the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health.

I am an Accredited Transformative Coach having undertaken my training at the Animas Centre for Coaching.

Absolutely! I follow the same principles of confidentiality as I do in my work as a doctor.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS RELATED TO THE COURSE?

Throughout the course, I may advise on certain supplements, books or products to purchase as you go. These are entirely optional but recommended to help you get the most from the programme. As much as possible, I try to keep my recommendations to products that are priced as reasonably as possible.

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE?

Absolutely! There is a discount for paying in full or you can pay over three instalments. The first instalment is due before we start the course and then two further monthly payments.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO THE PROGRAMME?

Once you register, you will get access to the Transform & Thrive portal. Here you will find bite-sized training videos and workbooks. The videos can be watched at a time to suit and can easily be fitted in between other commitments. The magic then happens during our weekly 1-1, 45 minute coaching call. Here we tackle all the obstacles relevant to that week's topic and help you make the changes you need to. This is also your time to ask any questions.

SHOULD I STOP WORKING WITH OTHER HEALTH PRACTITIONERS?

Not at all, I encourage you to continue working alongside those you are currently working with. These may be other doctors, nutritionists, personal trainers or therapists.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET RESULTS? IS THERE A GUARANTEE?

As the programme relies on you making lifestyle changes, I cannot guarantee results as they are dependent on your efforts. However, what I will say is that through coaching, we explore what may have held you back in the past so that you are best equipped for success. The changes we make are small and gradual, so easy to implement but all add up to result in big differences. You will start seeing results during the programme but continue to see these long after we finish.

WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?

I am a practising medical doctor and work as a private GP with a license to practice through the General Medical Council. I obtained my medical degree (MBBS) though King's College London (part of the University of London). I subsequently was awarded membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. I have undertaken further training and hold both the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health.

I am an Accredited Transformative Coach having undertaken my training at the Animas Centre for Coaching.
